Millcreek homes, and what they need
Millcreek became its own city in 2016, but the houses are older than that. Much of it is 1950s to 1970s ramblers and split levels, many with finished or half finished basements, on lots with mature trees.
That mix drives the calls we get: basement drywall and TV walls, gutters full of leaves every fall, sprinkler systems that need a blowout before the freeze, and decks and fences that have seen a few decades of Utah winters.
