Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SalesUP website, services, and any related products (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Services

SalesUP provides B2B sales development services including lead generation, outbound outreach, and managed SDR programs. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable service order.

2. Engagements & Billing

Specific deliverables, pricing, and engagement timelines are defined in a service order or proposal executed between SalesUP and the customer. Invoices are payable per the terms agreed in that document. Unless stated otherwise, all prices exclude applicable taxes (including GST).

3. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information exchanged during the course of the engagement, including customer lists, prospect data, pricing, and internal processes.

4. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, scripts, methodologies, and software remain the property of SalesUP unless explicitly licensed in writing. Customers retain ownership of their prospect lists, brand materials, and any data they provide to SalesUP.

5. Data & Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services you consent to that handling.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalesUP's liability arising from the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer for the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. SalesUP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the notice period set out in the applicable service order. Outstanding fees for services performed up to the termination date remain due and payable.

8. Changes to these Terms

SalesUP may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated by email. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance.
